Therapy Costs

  • Intake Appointment

    90 minutes - $250

Before therapy begins, we must first meet to discuss all information relevant to your care and to map out your treatment goals. Teen clients must join the intake appointment with a parent/guardian.

  • Individual Therapy

    55 minutes - $170

Therapy is like driving a car - you would be the driver, I am the GPS, and your therapeutic goals are our end destinations. My job is to provide different recommendations based on both your experiences and my clinical expertise to help you arrive at your destination. Ultimately, you are in the driver’s seat and choose the final route. I will support you in making a safe trip.

  • Teen Therapy

    55 minutes - $180

For teens 14-17 years old. It can be hard to navigate these years especially when you feel like you don’t have any control in your life. My hope is to provide a safe and open space where teens can also process their experiences without fear of judgment or anyone else knowing what they are talking about. We will problem-solve challenges together, focusing on the teen’s strengths and what is already in their control.

  • 8 Session Plan

    55 minutes/session - $1000 for adults, $1100 for teens

This plan is more structured than individual sessions as it focuses on small steps made between each session to reach a clear end goal. Recommended for clients who already have a therapeutic (possibly time-based) goal in mind. This plan is meant for clients to be finished with treatment after 8 sessions; however, clients may choose to continue treatment with new goals but will be paying for individual sessions moving forward.

I am an out-of-network provider (OON) and not currently paneled with insurance. You are welcome to request a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on OON costs. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about your OON benefits and feasibility for reimbursements. We are currently working to panel with different insurance providers to increase accessibility to mental healthcare for more people!
